Project GoAL

Project GoAL aims at engaging concerned NGOs to discuss issues of common governance pain points to identify risk factors and good practices to address these concerns.

Who Should Join

NGO Board Chairperson/Office Bearer or Chief Executive who wishes to enhance the capability for better governance of one’s organization; priority will be given to those having been on board for less than 3 years.

Programmes

  • A Learning Group of 11 participants from the NGO sector
  • 6 Learning Workshops: wisdom and experience sharing by veteran NGO specialists at six monthly workshops and exchange with peers on six governance topics
  • 6 hours of Individual Consulting Session, in form of face to face meeting or communication by electronic means, with an assigned GAME Consultant on any governance topics related to one’s organization.
