Dialogue Series on NGO Board Governance
The Dialogue Series is co-organised by HKCSS’ NGOs Governance Platform Project and GAME(Governance And Management for Excellence) for Public Benefit. Hosted by consultants from GAME who are all governance veterans of local or international non-governmental organization (NGO), the dialogue series will be conducted in group sessions, for NGO Board members and CEOs, to discuss three important governance issues – Board- Management Relationship, Risk Governance & Organization Performance Assessment. In each session, there will be:
– an introduction and analysis of the issue – identifying possible problems, benchmark of good governance practices, state-of-the-art solutions;
– a facilitated experience sharing and learning among NGOs in small groups to discuss the problem that they may be facing & how to deal with it.
