Dialogue Series on NGO Board Governance

The Dialogue Series is co-organised by HKCSS’ NGOs Governance Platform Project and GAME(Governance And Management for Excellencefor Public Benefit. Hosted by consultants from GAME who are all governance veterans of local or international non-governmental organization (NGO), the dialogue series will be conducted in group sessions, for NGO Board members and CEOs, to discuss three important governance issues – Board- Management RelationshipRisk Governance & Organization Performance Assessment. In each session, there will be:

– an introduction and analysis of the issue – identifying possible problems, benchmark of good governance practices, state-of-the-art solutions; 

a facilitated experience sharing and learning among NGOs in small groups to discuss the problem that they may be facing & how to deal with it.

Targets: Board members and agency heads of HKCSS Agency Members (priority will be given to board members)
